FY09 STTR PHASE I SELECTIONS

The Army received 448 Phase I proposals in response to 30 topics in the FY09 DoD STTR Solicitation that closed March 25, 2009. These proposals were evaluated against the criteria published in the solicitation, and rank-ordered for selection. The Army process resulted in the identification of 59 Phase I proposals for negotiation (2 of which were ARRA Stimulus Awards), and 39 of those have so far been awarded.
